Close the Browser window using whichever method is necessary, as it cannot escape the browser unless you download something from the page. If you cannot close the browser window, right click the Task Bar or press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys to open the Task Manager, choose Show Less Details, highlight the browser and choose End Task.
Shannon Bernard. Created on March 18, 2023. Hi! I am getting the Accept License Agreement pop-up but there is no button for me to click accept. I can't access any of the MS365 programs. I get the pop up but there is no I Accept button. I am stuck. I am also trying to insert a screenshot here but I am not able to.

Get rid of "Get Office," "Get Skype" and "Get Started." Click "Start". Click "All Apps". Find the application (Get Office) in the list (scroll down or search) Right click on the app name. Click uninstall. Follow the prompts to uninstall.
I had a slightly different issue as it occurred with Outlook when trying to connect to an on-premise Exchange server. Apparently this was related to AutoDiscover but it seemed to trigger the O365 authentication pop-up. This was my fix. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover. Usually you will need to contact your supplier/reseller or partner, they will have the required documentation, the only thing you can do from O365 admin portal isaccess Billing to determine if you are paying directly or paying a partnership. Go to portal.office.com. Go to Admin.
I followed the instructions and the necessary files were successfully installed on my laptop. The problem is that now, whenever I open an Office application (Word, Excel), I get a pop up message that says" Renew your subscription: to keep using your office applications without interruption, please renew by January 25, 2016". It is very annoying.

To improve customer security, basic authentication is disabled for Outlook, Exchange Web Services (EWS), Remote PowerShell (RPS), POP, IMAP, and Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocols in Exchange Online. Because Outlook only supports Modern authentication for Exchange profiles (MAPI/HTTP and EWS), Outlook.com, and Gmail at the moment.

Answer. In File > Account > Manage Settings, do you have Connected experience checked? If not, some dialogs may not work correctly. Thanks for replying Diane. All I can access is the online version of Word, Excel, etc.. when I go to File> all I have is the basic options such as save, print.. mbBDu.
