843. Posted January 3. One thing that IS usable from the Permanent Bank Access window for sure is the Black Lion Salvage Kit. This is good when you need to salvage exotics for the materials and runes/sigils. The Permanent Hair Contract is also usable from the same window if you're lucky to have both.
In Guild Wars 2 salvaging is the most crucial way to avoid a clogged inventory. Standard merchants offer different levels of items including salvage kits depending on their level. The window below on the left shows what a standard merchant in a starting zone provides, the window on the right shows what is available from high level merchants one Nathan the Bartender offers Guild XP Gain that provides a 3-10% experience boost (depending on how far the Guild Tavern is upgraded). Use experience boosters: Food: Most Food provides the Nourishment effect, that provides at least 10% more experience. Halloween food provides 15% instead.
In Lion's Arch, Bian can be found near the sea. She's on a ledge overlooking the water and the giant lobster-shaped building on the western side of the city. You'll be able to find her easily because she's right next to the Marriner Plaque there. Once you've found Bian in all of the cities, the achievement will be complete!
